I asked that some time last year, when I understood that Enterprise Cobol V5
and later uses this to store debug information with the load module instead of
in side files.
ISTR that Peter Relson responded that this is not intended to be a public
interface. Tried to search IBM-MAIN so I could post a link, but somehow
searching does not return any result for me today, no matter what I search for.
