As illustrated you can't touch the PROD iodf since as soon as you try to make any changes HCD will force you to create WORK IODF . same goes with the IOCDS Slot which won't let you override the existing active iocds slot....anyway so your question regarding creating a duplicate(with different partition name) you can use "Repeat (copy) partitions " which underline let you carry chip/cu/dev/osa/ica etc. configuration obviously you will have to retune the configuration on the new partition as per your requirement.
