I think this has been asked before and the consensus of opinion is that the
data you want is not recorded by SMF. And with the JCLLIB, a person can
"override" a PROC name. But what _might_ get you what you want is if you
can trap messages in the JESSYSMSG like:

IEFC002I INCLUDE GROUP BBREL WAS EXPANDED USING SYSTEM LIBRARY SYS2.PROCLIB
IEFC001I PROCEDURE TS41P WAS EXPANDED USING SYSTEM LIBRARY SYS2.PROCLIB

Unfortunately, I can't find an easy way to do this. I was hoping that there
was an exit point, but not that I can see. Perhaps one of the more up to
date people here can come up with an idea.
