Why can't the control statements be in a side deck? Or you can have a module consisting of PUNCH statements.

However, in some cases we are currently using the REPLACE and RENAME binder control statements, and I cant see a way to pass those the the `ld command. The entry for `ld in Unix System Services Command Reference only tells how to pass object modules, archives, and side decks, but not control statements.
