You are correct. My real console experience is basically zero. I have never 
worked as an operator. The last significant hands-on experience I had with a 
real console, it was a 1052. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_1050. I am 
serious.

That may be. But it seems you also expect that the message will be at the 
bottom of the log display in SDSF along with the WTOR messages, and I'm pretty 
sure that they are not handled that way.
