Isn't just a BPXWDYN('ALLOC ... DISP(SHR) RTDSN(absdsn) RTDDN(ddn)')
enough? I don't think that INFO is required, although it doesn't matter
that much.
BTW: "GDGNT" is probably an option that many will want.
