I'm able to see that information when I'm logged on as SYSPROG too. Network
Diagnostic Information. So, I set up connectivity to two of our NTP servers on
the Customize Console Date and Time task, and clicked the enable ntp server
option. Clicked OK. It told me that it's active as a client and a server.

Went back to the Sysplex time task, used that IP address as the ETS source,
same communications failure.

I'm at a loss.
