Also, remember the new GCS NSS has to point to the new VTAM DCSS when
you do the ASSEMBLE

The second GCS group is created with a new GCS Segment name.
I cannot find anything in the VTAM manual explaining the steps to
correctly create a second vtam segment for use by a second vtam service
machine.
Would someone help me find a manual or provide instructions for creating
a second VTAM segment?
