So look at it from the other side: what do you thing you are going to
save on paging by taking the expanded storage away and make it main
memory ? Less that one per second, so probably not impressive
performance improvement.
But by doing so you do run the risk that *if* for some reason you
would encourage CP to free up some memory and do some paging (for
example because you do maintenance and have MAINT defined large to
save segments) you might actually notice the performance penalty for
that.
