That *is* VSE's IP address (one of them, anyway).  Every interface must 
have its own unique IP address.  I don't see TYPE=OSAX in the online doc.

The UNKNWN DEV is interesting.  The CCB or IORB can't be found.  Does it 
work with a real OSA if you attach it to your VSE guest as D00-D02?  Maybe 
you have to identify D00 somewhere else in VSE?
