If that doesn't work try changing the console statement to point to the user that is running PUT2PROD. As you are not running PUT2PROD from maint, BLDCMS may need to have the console point to the user that BLDCMS is running for.

The weird part is that it always succeeds when I run the EXEC connected. It's when the guest is disconnected that it seems to have problems. I'll try changing the CONSOLE statement just to see what happens though.
