Hello Mike,         I am running first level CMS user.  I am using VSE/ESA 2.6.1 SA utility tape. If the failure       persists, notify your system operator.                                                                                                                       Programmer Response:  Resave the segment or system that failed. A possible     cause of the condition is a bad DASD pack.
