If you only want standard 3270 model 2, no extended attrib or color,
but very easy to define panels, WYSIWYG using plain text characters
to define attribute bytes and fields and their default contents, and
interfacing to REXX (all values can be set, and are returned in
REXX variables)...

You might want to try my (somewhat ancient) XFS program.

We use it for many applications. It is extremely easy
to use - only a few minutes and you have working panels.
