I have an old copy.  It probably still works.
The most intrusive part is the TELL EXEC replacement.
A quick Linux sort of the two FILELISTs I have comes up with:

      MSGD     FILELIST *  README "" 0
      MSGD     README   *
      MSGD     EXEC     *
      MSGD     DIRECT   *
      TELL     EXEC     *
      TELL     REXX     *
      TELL     HELPCMS  *
      RFC1312  TXT      *
      USERLIST REXX     *
      HOSTNAME EXEC     *

I'll see if I can get these files out onto the web for you.
