It's not just servicelink.
We have not been able to find the Orderlink options for the software
configurator on the ibmlink website.
And yes we have called 1-800-543-3912.
But since they are very reluctant to give a PMR number it's hard to
follow up. I am still hoping to get a call back.

Anyone who finds the web interface ... deficient ... in some area or
other should, of course, register their Feedback with the ServiceLink
folks.
