I did ask once on this(?) forum if there was interest. No response.

The two ANSI REXX functions that are missing are CHANGESTR and COUNTSTR. 
I 
coded up my own versions of both, and you can too. Another new capability
 
is the ability to capture the output from commands. But we have Pipelines
 
for that. I'd be interested in what capabilites of REXX you think are 
missing.

Someone ported REGINA REXX to OpenEdition. I haven't heard much about 
anyone using it though; I never have. REGINA REXX claims to be fully ANSI
 
REXX compliant.
