If you've got tapes, there surely is somewhere a control file (MAINT 2CC?) with the tape layout, and that should allow you to DDR the missing pieces. It was surely possible in the past; this layout was -I think- also documented in the installation document. When using DVD install things may be a bit more complicated. Otherwise, as suggested, install a while VM, grab its directory to find the minidisk locations, and DDR the missing pieces.
