Do you have to use reorder, or does CP DEFINE MDISK work well enough? I use DEFINE MDISK habitually, but I don't remember ever explicitly using reorder. It may be that I always defined my source minidisk as starting at cyl 0 going for 3338, and my target as 1 for 3338 though. I haven't actually needed to do it in a while.
