The CPLOAD MODULE was a combination of both.  So, look at the size of the
CPLOAD* MODULEs.  At IPL time, the 64 bit section of it was activated if the
HW was capable.  Since z/VM V5, this feature went away, only the 64 bit
version remains.

Note there is also a Q CPLOAD command.
