z/VM 5.3 or z/VM 5.2

Hello Everyone,
 
      I am getting ready to upgrade z/VM 4.3.  I am under the impression
that I have to install (second level)
z/VM 5.2.  Then I can install z/VM 5.3 second level under z/VM 5.2.
 
      I thought that you could not install z/VM 5.3 second level under
z/VM 4.3.
 
      Am I correct?
