The only reference I find to your error is when the VM directory entry for 
the z/OS guest has the RMCHINFO option.  Yours does not.

I'd still open a PMR with CommServer.  They are the only ones who know 
exactly what they are looking for.  They can, in turn, call VM Development 
to resolve the issue.
