We also have SHUTDOWN restructured to class S (obviously many minds think alike). The main difference for us is that nobody has class S by default. In operator we have a SHUTDOWN routine that does a clean tidy up/close down of the system before setting privclass +S and doing a shutdown. Yes, I know it can be got round if the ops knew how - but why would they want to? One other thing we restructure is Class B & Class D queries onto class Q (as well as their original class). Giving class Q is not without its dangers (Q RDR ALL or Q DASD ALL ) but is certainly safer than wider availability of Class B/D.
