You should also check whether sufficient bandwidth is available between client 
and server, especially if you have databases where there is no TSM online 
database backup client for Linux on Z. TSM uses a VERY chatty protocol to check 
file metadata information with the server, and you still have to move all that 
data across the wire someway. 

Darn laws of physics. Simultenaity really sucks, sometimes.
