Your email quotes mine, but I do not see any 
connection between what I asked and your response.

To clarify my question:
If an individual MITIME setting was *added* manually,
either for a device class or a specific address
(or range of addresses), when will those manual 
settings be removed, and the MITIME values revert 
to their defaults?

I had posted my question in response to someone
(sorry I forgot who) saying:
