Look at DIRMAINT's USER BACKUP (on DIRMMAINT 1DB), I'm pretty sure
they will be in there somewhere.  If not, issue
   DIRM CMS LISTFILE MM0C54 * *
and you might find a "volser FREEEXT" file that you can ERASE with a
similar DMS CMS command.  Then issue DIRM RLDE and issue the LISTFILE
again.
