Our "building maintenance" people are no longer responsible for the
computer room at all. Granted, we in IT won't do the actual hands-on
work, but we do have people "monitoring" what is done. And pulling a
plug out the wall is likely to be "audited". Especially if one of the
paranoid z/OS techies is doing the monitoring.
