No references to "remove" or "uninstall" in the index. Yes. No. No. Yes. No, nothing. Yes, the word "remove" appears in the book, but not in this context. I think the book that tells you the preferred way to apply service should include a reference to the book (and section of said book) that DOES describe how to remove service. Since that information isn't there, what book should I look in to find out? Or if it's actually in this book, where is it hiding?" Sounds like a documentation defect to me.
