No, the MQ client code still seems to be shipped with z/VM 5.4. Some example/sample Rexx
execs, and PL/I-C-COBOL code, along with the libraries, is on MAINT's 193 disk.
You'll probably have to write an app that uses SMAPI to create the
userids. Jack Woehr's pigiron gadget will make that a lot easier.
Here's a line from the ObjectRexx code which tests PigIron to create a
user:
-- Test ImageCreateDM with a prototype
CALL testing 'ImageCreateDM' my.host my.port my.userid my.password
my.imagenametocreate my.prototypename my.intialpassword my.accountnumber
Using this with ooRexx is a nice piece of work, imho.
