For VSE, the wait state codes are somewhat generic. If you know how to find VSE hard wait codes you can use the CP DISPLAY command to look at it. Otherwise, you have to do an SADUMP of the VSE virtual machine. VSE wait codes are in the VSE Supervisor Diagnostic Reference.
