Each operating system has its own wait state codes. 1010 is the "no console" wait state for *CP*. For VSE, the wait state codes are somewhat generic. If you know how to find VSE hard wait codes you can use the CP DISPLAY command to look at it. Otherwise, you have to do an SADUMP of the VSE virtual machine.
