Bob, Ummmm ... My guess is that you applied APAR VM64552 / PTF UM32567 to your base z/VM 5.4.0 system. This APAR moved NUCXDROP into the CMS nucleus and erased the NUCXDROP MODULE from the S-disk. Since the ZCMS nucleus is not serviced or serviceable, the nucleus change was never included in there. I can create a replacement ZCMS nucleus with this APAR in it and make it available as a down load later today. I'll send another update when I have that available.
