If you have access to the console (what you must have for a
not-automatic IPL), you can IPL to get the SAPL panel and enter PROMPT
as parameter to get the prompt for WARM/COLD etc.

I do regret however that PROMPT is simply ignored on a SHUTDOWN REIPL
PARM PROMPT, I already got beaten by this twice.
