There are no provisions in z/VM to build an installable DVD, a la the z/VM installation media DVD. The Evaluation Edition (EE) will save your customizations on the DVD, but the EE has no provision to (a) apply service, (b) write an updated system back on the DVD, or (c) write *your* data to the DVD.
