What type of device would it emulate for VM? > Martha We use the FSC CentricStor here, but only for our Open systems. For our Unix systems which run TSM for backup the CentricStor appears as 3590's. For our Windows systems it appears as OracleSunTek 9840's. No experience with attaching it to the MF, either z/OS or z/VM.
