Most CMS commands do not have a corresponding MODULE, they are included in the CMS nucleus. The CMS fullscreen commands VSCREEN, WINDOW and PSCREEN you tested do exist: the erromessages tell they need more parameters. HELP VSCREEN will reveal the secrets.
