As I stated: nucxload eagrtprc dmsrtprc You already have it, but the author of the package did it wrong and refers to the charged one instead of the generic one. He probably did not notice because the IBM internal systems have the full library installed. The nucxload loads the free alternative library as if it were the charged one, to fool incorrectly packaged modules. The downside is that you will get weird results from programs that really need the charged library.
