What kind of port could have value from 0-F? Is there any special meaning or function to specify this number? How to know the port number correlated to the OSA address? Thanks! Anson. Y

If the port number is note specified, it will default to port 0. Your second question: it shouldn't matter which of the two TCP/IP stacks gets the role of VSWITCH controller. It probably depends on which the the two is ready first.
