That and if you have a bunch of IFLs and 1 CP then things might run very very 
slowly!

The things that need to run on IFLs are those things for which IFL pricing is a 
big advantage. Running them on CPs can fatten the wallets of s/w vendors and 
reduce the cash in yours.

        I didn't think anything 'needs' to run on IFLs -- it's that some things 
can't/shouldn't run under IFL's.  Anything can run on a CP..   but maybe I'm 
missing something (I usually am).
