What it's telling you is that you just tried to access a minidisk in R/W mode when another user (in this case CP) has an exclusive R/O link. CF1 and CF2 are the CP minidisks that hold SYSTEM CONFIG. MAINT has R/W links to them in it's directory entry because it needs to access them to update them, but you have to CPRELEASE them before the R/W links will work. This is a safety measure. Don't defeat it.
