Yes. But you need software on z/OS to print to IP printers. There are many 
such. DRS from Levi, Ray, & Shoup. We use JQP from MacKinney Software. In the 
worst case, you can use the free IBM "Network Print Facility". This last is a 
bear to set up and control!

If you want to print a dataset, look at the "lpr" command in z/OS:

Looks like z/VM has an "lpr" command as well.
