You could set up LPSERVE and use LPR, or just use LPR directly to z/OS if
there is a LPD server running on z/OS. Docs are in the TCPIP Users Guide:

Short version: LPR fn ft fm (H zos.foo.com P printername

Note <printername> is case sensitive, so you may have to wrap it in an EXEC.
If you can load the RSCS code (it's preinstalled on a z/VM system), you are
permitted to use the LPR printing function w/o a full RSCS license. It's a
MUCH better solution than LPR.
