Bill uploaded his latest version just now, though I had to go back to http://www.vm.ibm.com and follow the links "from the top" to pick it up (I don't know why, offhand, but simply clicking your link again stil took me to the old one, though the URLs look identical to me, other than capitalization, didn't think that mattered).
