Is there a way I can configure CTC's between LPAR's in same physical box without going out and buying hardware?
I saw somewhere that one could use share CHPID's with other devices using TYPE=FC. Does this only work if going out to Ficon switch ? I do have a Ficon express 8 card with 1 unused port, Can I do anything with that ? I do have a Ficon card with 2 currently unused ports port on it. Can this be used to join the LPAR's together by cabling 1 port to the other.
