I upgraded to iBus version 1.2.0.20090617-1~ppa1: now iBus works for GTK applications (e.g., Firefox), but not for KDE applications. I found that QT_IM_MODULE is ibus, instead of ibus-qt4: if I load some app with $ QT_IM_MODULE=ibus-qt4 kwrite it works... so, why do im-switch puts ibus in QT_IM_MODULE instead of ibus-qt4? my /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ibus-qt4 script (pointed by my private .xinput/... configuration) use ibus for qt application, instead of ibus-qt4 -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
