Comment #6 on issue 759 by mino365: 'Over The Spot' input stype is not supported in ibus-anthy
http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=759

I use gvim with scim-anthy "Embed Preedit String into client window".

  http://www.h4.dion.ne.jp/~apricots/scim-anthy/howto.html#pr3

Certainly, GTK2 does not support "--xim-preedit position"

I use gvim insertmode that is configured "auto return at tw" like "set
formatoptions+=mM" and type japanese, the characoer before committing appears more
than once at auto returning point.

This trouble can be reproduced by doing as follows.

1. start gvim
2. :set formatoptions+=mM
3. :set tw=10
4. Change insert-mode and start ibus-anthy
5. Type japanese

so, I strongly need "Embed Preedit String into client window" style like scim-anthy
in ibus-anthy.
