Thanks for the report. The prefix is my failure.
Probably this case is good to share the issues in community.
The previous fix was for /usr/share/anthy/zipcode.t
I also will change /usr/share/ibus-anthy/dicts/symbol.t to
$(datarootdir)/ibus-anthy/dicts/symbol.t with this bug.
