I changed the default is to use $prefix instead of /usr.

You can specify the prefix.
./configure --prefix=/opt/maemocjk2/usr
Also --with-anthy-zipcode=FILE and --with-kasumi-exec=FILE options are
provided with
configure.
Now /usr/bin/kasumi, /usr/share/anthy/zipcode.t,
/usr/share/ibus-anthy/dicts/symbol.t
are customizable.
At the moment, probably you can modify ibus-anthy/setup/anthyprefs.py in
your
distributor build.
If there are no other bugs, I'll release a new tarball of ibus-anthy next
week.
