New issue 928 by hanaokaiwa: ibus cannot read the setting of "Show language panel" in Preferences.

OS (Linux distributions, UNIX or ...): Fedora 12 Architecture (i386, x86_64): i686 IBus version: 1.3.3-1.fc12 Input method name and version: ibus-anthy-1.2.1-1.fc12 Python version: 2.6.2-4.fc12 dbus version: 1.2.16-9.fc12 dbus-python version: 0.83.0-6.fc12 gtk version (if bug is about gtk applications): 2.18.9-3.fc12 qt version (if bug is about qt applications): 4.6.2-17.fc12 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. set the setting of "Show language panel" to be "When active". 2. restart X window. 3. activate ibus input method, ibus' language panel was shown as "Embedded in menu". To sovle this problem, everytime after login into X window, I have to change the "Show language panel" to "Always" in ibus Preferences and click "Close" button. Then change it again to "When active" and it is really boring me. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? if the setting of "Show language panel" is "When active", ibus should not display it as "Embedded in menu".
