I created a new account and the problem of ibus seemed to be solved.
But my home folder is not readonly(actually, it is with 700 permission), I
also
confirmed that changes made in the "ibus preference" was sucessfully saved
in setting
files in ~/.gconf/ folder.
What could I do now?
