Purpose of code changes on this patch:
To improve the stability of IBus.
Currently engines are restarted automatically when they die, but panel and
config are not. Would be nice to do the same for panel and config.
The patch does not handle restarting of ibus-x11, as the process is started
differently.
p.s.
I originally tried to use "Review request" template but it didn't work with
a patch attached as a file. What would be the right way to send review
requests?
